Returns + Exchanges
Go Far Shop will only accept returns or exchanges of unused and unwashed merchandise that was originally purchased at our shop within 30 days to receive credit via original form of payment. Receipt/proof of purchase is required for all returns. Any items returned after 30 days will be issued store credit.
*Sale and clearance items are final sales and are not returnable.*
We aren’t happy until you are! If you wish to return your purchase for a refund you may do so two ways:
- Return your item in-store. Be sure to bring the receipt included in your shipment and the card you used to purchase the item.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return process. Please remember, all sale items are final sale. You will be responsible for the return postage cost as shipping charges are not refundable on returned items.
If you wish to exchange an item you purchased online:
1.) Place a new order online for the size/item you would like to exchange.
2.) After you have placed your new order, please email email@example.com or call us at 720-428-8965. We will need both your original order number and your new order number.
3.) Once both orders are confirmed we will email you a return label for your original order. Please use the original packaging to send your order back and be sure to make note of the tracking number.
4.) You will receive a credit for the return within two business days of when we receive your package.
