Returns + Exchanges

Return Policy 
*Sale items are final sales and are not returnable.*

Go Far Shop will only accept returns or exchanges of unused and unwashed merchandise that was originally purchased at our shop within 30 days to receive credit via original form of payment. Receipt/proof of purchase is required for all returns. Any items returned after 30 days will be issued store credit.

Returns + Exchanges

We aren’t happy until you are! If you wish to return your purchase for a refund you may do so two ways:

  1. Return your item in-store. Be sure to bring the receipt included in your shipment and the card you used to purchase the item.
  2. Email us at gofar@gofarshop.com to start your return or exchange process. Please remember, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. You will be responsible for the return postage cost as shipping charges are not refundable on returned items. 

 

On Footwear - 90 Day Try On 

If you purchase any full price On footwear in between the dates of July 10th to Aug 31st 2020, you have a 90 day commitment free period. If, by the time the 90 days are up, you are not satisfied, contact us at gofar@gofarshop.com to start your full refund + return. 

This return policy is only available to one shoe per person.
